The #494 comes complete with: 6” MK 301 blade, slab vise, water valves, wipers and drains, 100 grit and 220 grit 6” x 1” silicon carbide grinding wheels, expando drum, leather polish buff, and 1/3 HP, 110v motor, cord, switch, belt and belt guard. Starter kit includes Koolerant, polish, brush, dop stick, dop wax, instructions and guarantee.

The #495 unit has the same basic features as the #494. However, the silicon carbide wheels have been replaced with 6” x 1 1/2” 100 and 220 grit metal bonded diamond grinding wheels. In addition, a 1200 grit diamond sanding belt and 5 each 400 grit silicon carbide belts are included for the expando drum. And, for polishing on the leather disc, a 2 gram syringe of 50,000 mesh diamond compound with a 2 dram bottle of extender fluid (thinner). Unit comes complete with starter kit, book about using diamond abrasives, instructions and guarantee.

The #421 hood removes easily for cleaning or wheel change. Water valve takes 1/4” O.D.  plastic tube for gravity water flow or 1/4” copper tube for pressure system. Spray nozzles under hood wet entire wheel face.  The 10” saw comes complete with MK 301 diamond blade, nylon weight feed cord and scales (to determine weight on vise feed). Sample kit includes #1 koolerant, polish powder with brush and dop sticks with wax.

The #422 unit has the same basic features as the #421 with the silicon carbide replaced by    diamond abrasives. Unit comes with 2-8” x1 1/2” metal bond diamond grinding wheels (100 & 220 grit), 1 vise lock drum with silicon carbide cloth (400 grit), 8” aluminum disc with diamond cloth (1200 grit) and extra aluminum disc with leather and, for polishing on the leather, a 2 gram syringe of 50,000 mesh diamond compound with a 2 dram bottle of extender fluid (thinner).  Combo unit comes complete with sample kit, book about using diamond abrasives, instructions and guarantee.
