10" Cork & Felt Glass Polisher
A quality glass polisher for pre-polish with pumice and final polish
with cerium oxide.
Due to the uncertainty of getting cork wheel replacements
these machines are available in limited quantities!
Wheels
turn up on our 10" Cork and Felt Polisher. Allows for
greater control and ease of use. The 5050's comes with a 1” x 23
3/4” shaft, a 10" x 2" cork wheel on the left and a 10" x
2" felt wheel on the right. Wheels are factory dressed and
tested for balance. Felt wheel is
installed with metal side supports. Wheels turn at slow 420 RPM to minimize
polish powder loss. Rim speed of
1,100 SFM creates the friction necessary for a brilliant finish.
Unit comes fully assembled with belt guard, 1/3 HP motor, instructions,
and guarantee. Ships

16" Cork & Felt Glass Polisher
Vertical Polisher Features:
- Adjustable sponge bench to minimize splash
- Back plate with spray nozzle
- Removable tank for easy wheel change
- 1/2 HP Hy-torque motor
Arbor with 1" diameter x 25 1/2" long shaft can
be quickly disassembled (4 bolts) for pulley change or bearing inspection.
Heavy duty ball bearings are sealed and greased for life. Two 1/2"
O.D. x 30" long plastic tubes provide optional drain system. Just
squeeze tube ends, insert in drain ports and drain lines are in place.
Water valves take 1/4" O.D. plastic tube for gravity water flow or
1/4" copper tube for pressure system.
Unit comes with 16" x 3" cork and 16" x 3" felt
wheels installed, dressed and tested for balance at the factory. Wheels
turn at slow 280 RPM to minimize polish powder loss. Rim speed of 1,200
SFM creates the friction necessary for a brilliant finish.
Unit is fully assembled with belt guard. 1/2 HP motor (shipped separate)
