This silver solder alloy does not contain lead,
zinc, cadmium, or antimony. Covex 1004 is flux-cored, eliminating
the need to use separate flux in most applications. Provides deposits that
are high strength, resistant to vibration and approximately five times
harder than conventional solders.
Extremely low working temperature of 430 degrees Fahrenheit makes Covex
1004 a perfect choice for joining thin gauges and small delicate parts.
Deposits will stay bright and shiny even after extended aging. Sets
instantly and can be successfully applied to all ferrous and
non-ferrous metals. Coils 1/16" in diameter available in 5-foot
lengths or 1-pound spools.
